Fontainebleau’s Diana Goff put the Lady Dawgs up 1-0. SSA not to be denied battled back with Gabbi Anderson tallying the equilizer to secure the Doves’ district title. SSA, 5-0-1 in district, closes out district play hosting Slidell on Senior Night. SSA coach Mike Ortner said, “Obtaining a district championship was one of our goals this year and anytime we play Fontainebleau we know we are in for a tough game and it was no different this time.” Ortner said. Fontainebleau (12-5-4) 4-1-1 in district named goalkeeper Bailey Scott its top defender as she was bombarded by the Doves’ offensive attack.
