Today we welcomed in three ladies from STPH to talk about eating well and fitness. We heard from Ed Lewis about his campaign to bring home soldiers we left behind in Vietnam and we celebrated a birthday with Zach Tanner!
First up, Amanda Paxton brought along Sandy Matthews and Joey Skinner to talk about a grant and how that money is being used to do great things in our community. Most of it focuses on eating well and taking care of yourself. Listen to the interview to find out more.
Then we heard some powerful words from Ed Lewis about Ride of the Brotherhood. He represents a 501 C3 that is trying to bring back MIA’s from Vietnam. You can connect with them here online RIDE OF THE BROTHERHOOD. Thanks to Ed for coming to see us and we look forward to having him back in the studio…
And finally we welcomed in a birthday boy, Zach Tanner. Zach plays Lake Loot every day and this was something his dad set up for his birthday. We enjoyed letting Zach take over the mic. You can hear some of him on the air in the first recording, and some birthday wishes in the second. Happy Birthday Zach!
