Lake Rewind: June 2, 2016
Lots of people in and out of the studio today, talking about local events here on the NS. Let’s start with the talented young people who came in with Gary Mendoza to promote CLAPS 2016. Lizzie Duhon, Haley Moon and David Stubbs were a lot of fun and had lots of talent. Their interview is right below this “shaky” video of the girls singing. Find out more about CLAPS online here CLAPS 2016
We also welcomed in our friends from St Tammany Parish Hospital: Melissa and Amanda. Melissa wanted to discuss some awards and good grades STPH has gotten recently. You can connect with them online here STPH or listen to the interview below.
We also got a visit from Bridget West, Brigitte Sharai and Gianna Salande about the Disabled Veterans Fundraiser going on June 18th at Moviesets in Slidell. This is a big event and the proceeds go to help out our Vets. There is an events page set up on FB here DISABLED VETS EVENT or listen to what the ladies had to say.
And we wrapped up the morning with Cassie Condrey from the Southern Hotel. Cassie was promoting a Polo Match for this weekend that will benefit the Public Art Fund here in Covington. Connect with the Southern online here SOUTHERN HOTEL or listen to the interview to find out more. You can get your tickets by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call the hotel at 844.866.1907. (Cassie is also a photographer and writer, check out her work online here CASSIE CONDREY.)
