We started a very busy day with Maddi Tripp and her mother Sarada. Today was Maddi’s 18th birthday but she’s busy getting ready for Sunday, when she’ll be performing at the 3 Rivers Festival in Covington. Learn more about her below and look for the songs we played today on You-Tube.
Next we spoke to Mayor Villere from Mandeville. He wanted to promote events going on this weekend in his city and we talked for a moment about Port Marigny and the news around it last night. Hear what happened in the interview below.
