Today we had three of our local health clubs come in to talk about how these competitors are working together to help our local schools. It is a great story. You can hear what they are doing in the interview below.

We also spoke with Charlotte and Chris about the 13th Annual East St Tammany Red Beans and Rice Cook-off, which happens this Monday at Slidell’s Municipal Auditorium from 11 till 2. We’ll be broadcasting live all morning long from this event. Find out more below.
